Damage/Defective Product


If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. To initiate the process, kindly report the problem to the support email address provided in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery. Along with your report, please include clear photo proof of the damage or defect.


Upon verification of the reported issue and the provided photo proof, we will offer you either a free replacement or a refund for the affected product. Our team will work diligently to ensure that you receive the resolution that best suits your needs.




Due to the unique nature of our products being printed after ordered, we are unable to support returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects. Each product is created specifically for you once an order is placed, and therefore we cannot accept returns based on personal preferences or other non-defective reasons.


Orders Returned to Sender/Lost in Transit


In cases where an order is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an invalid shipping address or is lost in transit, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process to avoid any issues with delivery.




We offer standard shipping to all destinations within the continental United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total order value before taxes and discounts. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number.


Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States for items purchased through our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, coloring books are available internationally through Amazon.


Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of order placement. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, there may be unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
